Dan Popovich is the driving force behind POP! Realty Advisors, a full-service brokerage specializing in commercial and residential real estate, as well as business brokerage services. With a wealth of experience spanning real estate sales, business transactions, and valuations, Dan is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex ventures while maximizing value and achieving their unique goals.
As Principal Broker, Dan leads a dynamic operation, managing a diverse portfolio of properties and fostering strong client relationships. His strategic insight and market expertise ensure that every client receives exceptional service and guidance, whether they're investing in real estate, selling a business, or exploring new opportunities.
Before founding POP! Realty Advisors, Dan honed his skills as an independent contractor with Coldwell Banker’s Westlake office, focusing on commercial real estate and business brokerage. He also brings deep experience in residential real estate, having successfully closed numerous transactions. Beyond his brokerage work, Dan oversees three boutique real estate investment companies in Northeast Ohio, reinforcing his deep connection to the local market.
Dan’s career began with honorable service in the United States Air Force, including deployments to Kuwait and Iraq. Following his military service, he spent nearly 15 years at the Department of Veterans Affairs, where he rose to the role of Chief Human Resources Director (Employee Relations) at one of the nation’s largest VA Medical Centers, leading a team of 25 consultants and supporting over 7,500 employees.
A Northeast Ohio native, Dan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State University and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. He lives in Avon with his wife, Liz, where they’ve raised two wonderful daughters. Passionate about helping others succeed, Dan is committed to sharing his expertise with clients to help them achieve their real estate and business investment goals.
With over 25 years of experience in both commercial and residential real estate, Vinnie Fusco brings a unique blend of market expertise, financial acumen, and client-centered service to POP! Realty Advisors. As a Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (CPSA) with an extensive background in accounting, finance, and taxation, Vinnie specializes in residential listings, mixed-use developments, multifamily properties, and retail spaces—helping clients navigate real estate transactions with confidence and clarity.
Before transitioning into real estate full-time, Vinnie owned and operated his own CPA firm in New York for over a decade, advising business owners, investors, and individuals on financial planning, tax strategy, and exit planning. His deep understanding of financial structures, tax benefits, and business operations allows him to provide clients with a strategic, data-driven approach to real estate and business brokerage.
Vinnie’s expertise extends beyond transactions—he is a trusted advisor who understands the long-term financial implications of buying, selling, and investing in real estate. Having also owned and operated his own brokerage in New York, he brings firsthand knowledge of market dynamics, negotiation strategies, and investment potential to every deal.
A dedicated mentor and educator, Vinnie also conducts training for new agents on tax advisement strategies, including entity formation, tax planning, and financial structuring for real estate professionals. He is a proud member of the Cleveland/Akron Area Board of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the National Society of Public Accountants.
